Governing All Platform Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 777et ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any service or product offered through 777et, including but not limited to the online casino, sportsbook, crash games, fishing arcade titles, promotional programs, and payment processing services.

By completing the 777et registration process, by clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety. • Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

All financial transactions on the 777et platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, and the player acknowledges that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the PKR value received.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 777et reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Players who have received bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: 777et is obligated under its international gaming licence to maintain anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Deposits that are withdrawn without commensurate wagering activity may be flagged for review. 777et reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation from any player, and to delay or decline a withdrawal where such documentation is not provided to the platform's reasonable satisfaction.

• Time Limits: Bonuses are valid for a finite period from the date of credit. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable validity window will be forfeited automatically.

The outcome of each game round at 777et is independent of all previous rounds. Past outcomes have no mathematical influence on future outcomes. Players acknowledge and accept that all casino games carry an inherent house edge, and that sustained profitability from casino gaming is statistically improbable over the long term.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or any other malfunction during a game round, 777et's decision on the validity of that round is final.
• Game results that have been settled and credited or debited to the player's account will not be reversed unless 777et determines that a manifest error has occurred.

• Bet Acceptance: 777et reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its sole discretion. This includes bets placed at prices that reflect a manifest error, or bets that 777et reasonably believes to have been placed with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of betting.
• Match Postponement: Where a sporting event is postponed and resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will generally remain valid. Events postponed beyond 48 hours will be voided and stakes returned unless the sportsbook rules for the specific sport state otherwise.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting is offered on selected markets. 777et reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected. • Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies per bet and per event. Specific limits are displayed within the sportsbook. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the calculated return.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777et platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account. 777et will report suspected criminal conduct to the relevant authorities in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence.

• Using the 777et platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Operating more than one player account, whether under the same identity or a false identity.

• Engaging in charge-backs with payment providers after funds have been deposited and wagered on the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or any other technical means.
• Allowing a minor — any person under the age of 21 — to access or use a 777et account.

777et is committed to providing a responsible and safe gaming environment. The platform recognises that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic and cause financial, social, or psychological harm. 777et provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from within the player's account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777et platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 777et intellectual property. Any unauthorised use of 777et's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777et, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the player's use of — or inability to use — the 777et platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or connectivity failures.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed within the platform, including in-play sportsbook data.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access occurred as a result of the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Losses arising from changes to these Terms, changes to available payment methods, or changes to the game library.

777et's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 777et's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777et reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or of any specific promotion terms applicable to the player's account.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to provide identity verification or source-of-funds documentation within a reasonable period of request.
• A player requesting self-exclusion through the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from 777et's licensing authority.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777et will attempt to contact the account holder before taking any action on a dormant account.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the last-used withdrawal method subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

777et reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where 777et determines that a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal procedures, bonus eligibility rules, or age verification requirements — it will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via the contact information held on their account before the change takes effect.

For minor or non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates required by regulatory direction — changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the 777et platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

777et operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions, and all disputes arising from or in connection with a player's use of the 777et platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction.

Players agree that they will not pursue any legal action against 777et through the courts of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction without first exhausting the internal complaint and regulatory dispute resolution processes described above.
